Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully prior to placing an order with Buildarmy. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, please do not use or access this Website.
1. Intellectual property and right to use
- You acknowledge that the Building Instruction of Buildarmy products that we provide to you should remain your sole use. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, share, reproduce, transmit, republish, upload, publicly display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material, content and Building Instruction. You agree not to reveal the inner structure of Buildarmy products, record or demonstrate the details of the building instruction steps.
- You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in any form of material or content shown on the Website shall remain permanently vested in us. You are not allowed to use these materials without Buildarmy’s prior written permission.
2. Return policy
2.1 Changed your mind
- You can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you. However the goods are NOT refundable if the plastic bags that contain the bricks have been unsealed.
- You need to pay the return postage fee and provide us the tracking number. We will issue you a refund within 14 days once we received the goods through the original method of payment. However, if your order was paid by PayPal, the PayPal fee is non-refundable.
- Please make sure the return item is packaged properly. We will inspect the returned goods and reserve the right to consider making any deductions of your refund in the case of damage.
- For orders shipped outside the UK, we are unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs you may have paid for your order. You will be refunded the tax-free price of the products returned.
2.2 Returning faulty goods
- We react promptly in the case of missing bricks or any other mistakes. However, if you are still not satisfied, you can get a full refund including delivery fees for faulty products within 30 days of purchase.
- We will send you a return label which needs to be used within three (3) days of receiving the label. After thirty (30) days, we will still try our best to solve any issues you have with our products.
3. Cancelling a digital download
If you would like to receive the digital instruction within 14 days of purchase, you will have to give your consent to waive the 14 days cooling-off period. If you do not give us your consent, the 14 days cooling-off period still applied; however, you will not receive the digital instruction until this period has ended.
