Returning unwanted product

1.1 Products must be returned in its original condition within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. By original condition we mean that the products must be unused and in their original packaging when they are returned to us.

1.2 It is your responsibility to make sure the return item is packaged properly to avoid it gets damaged during the delivery. If the return item gets damaged because of unproperly packaged. We reserve the right to consider making any deductions of your refund.

1.3 The following products will not be eligible for a refund:

     a) Products you received over 14 days

     b) Products that have been opened or unsealed

     c) Products without original packaging

     d) Products or packaging in poor condition

     e) Pdf instructions you received

Please note that if you do not have proof of purchase, we are unable to process a refund, therefore, please keep your receipt or order confirmation.  

Returning faulty product

1.4 By faulty product we mean that the product missing more than 20 bricks. If you find a faulty product within thirty (30) days of purchase and do not want us to send you the missing bricks, you can return the product with proof of purchase. After thirty (30) days, we will only send you the missing brick and do not accept return request, according to the terms of Consumer Right Act 2015.

How to return

2.1 For unwanted product, you need to pay the return postage fee and provide us the tracking number. We will issue you a refund within fourteen (14) days once we received and checked the product. Please note that we are unable to refund return items that lost or damaged during delivery.

2.2 For faulty product, we will send you a return label and you need to return the product within seven (7) days of receiving the label. A full refund will be issued within fourteen (14) days from when we receive the return product.

Refund policy

3.1 For unwanted product, we are unable to refund the postage fee that we charged for shipping your order.

3.2 We are unable to refund return items that lost or damaged during delivery.

3.3 In the event of return of sales or discounted products, you will only be refunded the amount paid.

3.4 If you paid by PayPal, Debit or Credit card, we would refund your purchases to the same PayPal account or the original card. However, returning an unwanted product that paid by PayPal, PayPal fee is non-refundable.  

3.5 For orders shipped outside the UK, we are unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs you may have paid for your order. You will be refunded the tax-free price of the products returned.

Cancellation policy

4.1 You have a statutory right to cancel your contract of sale within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you receive your order. And you need to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you receive your order in order to receive a refund. Please check our Return and Refund policies for further details.

4.2 If you would like to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, you need to inform us via the contact form. Once we received your request and your order has not been dispatched, we will refund you the original purchase price and shipping charge. However, PayPal fees and Stripe fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation for digital instruction order

4.3 If you would like to receive the digital instruction within fourteen (14) days of purchase, you will have to give us your consent to waive the fourteen (14) days cooling-off period. 

4.4 If you do not give us your consent, the fourteen (14) days cooling-off period still applied; however, you will not receive the digital instruction until this period has ended.
