Description

The Sd.Kfz. 234/2 Puma was a highly advanced and heavily armed eight-wheeled armored car used by the German army during World War II. It was designed for reconnaissance and served as the primary scout vehicle of the German Panzer divisions. Its importance lay in its ability to move quickly and traverse difficult terrain, allowing it to gather critical intelligence and identify enemy positions. The Puma was armed with a 50mm gun and a coaxial machine gun, making it a formidable opponent to enemy infantry and light vehicles. Took sometime to build but very enjoyable in the end. Cannon area difficult to get right for a bit but eventually got there.

The gun is fragile and the turret is hard to spin but that is all, the fender also messes with the wheel sometimes
    No missing parts
Also very detailed especially the motor

A vehicle I’ve wished for in model form for a long time. The construction of the turret did push me to the farthest bounds of my sanity. Perhaps, in the process, it also made me a better person? Doubtful. But whatever the case, it’s a Puma and it looks beautiful, so I have no choice but to give it five stars.

My boyfriend loves Legos and WWII history, he gets so excited and always looks forward to Valentine’s Day. He absolutely loves building them and they make him incredibly happy. Worth every penny.

Even though we got the up-dated instructions after the build, it’s still a great product.

The model is great but 4 pieces were missing. Yes, I know it’s only 4 and fortunately they were common enough for me to have some spare of my own so i was able to finish the build. But still, pieces missing gave me anxiety. The instructions and the bags were more stressful for me though. Pieces from another bag were in different ones so I got confused at some point and there were 2-3 pages on the instructions that were unclear. There is a page on the turret that doesn’t show red outline for example. All these are very minor errors so I’m giving 4 stars but I think I have to mention them here. Oh and I glued the canon, it really kept falling off. Good model nonetheless.

Amazingly detailed for its scale. Quite fragile fragile at certain parts, all though this can be excused since it is a display model only.

The set is reasonably priced, but when I built it, it just fell apart. It is way too fragile and every time I touch it, the turret falls off. The turret is made of many different loose pieces and it is very stressful when it just falls apart.

Sorry to hear that you have problems building the kit. As indicated in the features, this kit scores a high difficulty level as its turret is constructed by many small pieces using complex techniques to achieve the various slopes of the real thing.
