Licence Agreement
By purchasing the 3D digital models from Buildarmy, you are granted a nonexclusive, nonsublicensable, and nontransferable standard licence to use these digital assets. Here are what you can do and can not do with the models you purchased.
1. What can you do with a standard license?
- You can use, adapt, digitally render and create derivative works from the 3D model.
- You can create building instruction from the 3D models for your personal use.
- You must give appropriate credit to Buildarmy if you are going to publish the images of the models either rendered or physically built based the 3D models.
2. What is forbidden?
- You may not use the 3D digital models in a way that allows others to use or access it as a stand-alone (for instance, no sub-license or sale by you to others is allowed).
- You may not distribute the 3D digital models or any derivative work if the derivative work is too similar to the 3D asset (for instance, you may not make a slightly modified version of the 3D model and sell it).
- You may not distribute the building instruction that is generated based on the 3D models.
- You may not use the 3D digital models to create offensive, hate materials or otherwise unlawful contents.
3. No Cancellation by Licensee
All purchases are final upon receipt by Licensee of an email sent by Buildarmy confirming the order and enclosing the Invoice. No cancellation or termination rights apply to any license granted.
